Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, strong analytical skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with at least five (5) years in senior operational leadership. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-site ambulatory and hospital-based service lines. Prior leadership experience within oncology services is strongly preferred. Proven track record of financial accountability. Demonstrated success leading large interdisciplinary teams through growth, change, and operational transformation.
