You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and keeping up with a steady flow of customers all while delivering next-level service. As a Shift Lead you’ll connect with customers, keep up in a fast-paced environment, and ensure the crew stays hyped and the line stays fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Shop. Own the coordination of positions, manage breaks, and keep the crew moving efficiently.

• Coach in the Moment. Act as a mentor to Broistas, helping them perfect their craft and elevate their customer connections.

• Maintain the Standard. Ensure drink quality is top-tier and food safety/cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift.

• Problem Solve. Handle tough customer Broista moments with kindness and speed, turning every situation into a win.

• Bridge the Gap. Communicate shift wins and challenges to the Shop Manager, helping the whole shop level up.

• Embody. Live out the Dutch Bros values: radiate kindness, get up early, stay up late, and change the world.

• Stay Fast & Focused. Work efficiently to craft high-quality drinks while keeping up with the hustle of a busy shop.

• Be Reliable. Show up on time, communicate your availability, and be ready to roll when your shift starts.

What to Expect:

• Fast-paced, high-energy work. You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge!

• Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone’s backs, and get the job done together.

• Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions; we’ve got Dutch gear to help!

• Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout).

• Reliable transportation. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.

• Training & Development. We’ll set you up for success with training, certifications, and knowledge tests to ensure you meet the Dutch Bros standards.
