Accountant

A local Government Agency is seeking an Accountant for a 4-6 month contract position.to join their team.  Experience with Oracle and grants required.

Job Title: Accountant

Location:  Downtown On-Site in Tampa, FL

Pay Range:  $25.50/hr

Shift:  8AM - 5PM

What's the Job?

• Manage and oversee financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Assist with grant accounting and compliance requirements
• Utilize Oracle software for financial data management and reporting
• Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and controls

What's Needed?

• Experience working with grants and Oracle financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Degree in Accounting or similar field
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
