**A Day in the Life:** The **Temporary TA Sourcing Partner** plays a critical role in driving talent strategy and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. This position supports fast-paced, high-volume recruiting initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This strategic recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment while developing proactive sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines. Success in this role requires the ability to balance speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
