Dream Firms is a consulting and education company that helps accounting firm owners grow and scale their practices. We work primarily with small accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firms in the $0–$1M revenue range across the United States and Canada.
Our team partners with firm owners to implement marketing, client acquisition, and operational systems designed to help them grow sustainably. Our internal team supports these clients through training programs, consulting, and marketing services.
This position is a direct 1099 employee role with Dream Firms, earning commission, supporting our internal sales team by generating and qualifying opportunities with prospective accounting firm owners.

ROLE
We are seeking energetic and results-driven client prospecting experts who are looking to make an impact in a high-ticket sales organization. As the first voice our prospects hear in the sales stage, the ideal candidate will successfully embody the Dream Firms brand with professionalism and integrity, with a deep understanding of outbound call best practices. The candidate will be trained to describe our unique value proposition and how to develop rapport with decision-makers in the early stages of the sales pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate interest via outbound calling, SMS, email or social media
- Follow the inbound script to prequalify inbound leads before passing them to the sales team
- Identify the best offering based on prospects’ unique needs
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Update sales database by EOD every day.
- Make 100 unique contacts per day via outbound dialing
- Follow up indefinitely with prospective clients
RESULTS
- Meet and exceed the daily volume of outbound calls and performance targets
- Productive and collaborative communication with Sales Leadership
- A minimum of one qualified lead is generated per 4 hours of effort
- All protocols for internal communication cycles are diligently adhered to
- Completion of ongoing and ad hoc participation in coaching and training initiatives set forth by Sales Leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 6 months related experience
- Professional at all times (direct, timely, and coachable)
- A team-oriented individual seeking to build a successful sales career and the opportunity to advance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced in a high-volume outbound call environment
- Possess a competitive drive, with high energy, and results-oriented

Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in the sales & marketing industry
- 18 years or older
- Access to personal devices for work: computer
- Available to work: weekdays
