Working Lead: Retail Associate - Now Hiring

Join the Fanatics team at the LAFC Team Store and help create an exceptional experience for fans on game day. Retail Associates support store operations by assisting customers, managing merchandise, and helping maintain a clean, organized environment.

What You’ll Do

-Greet and assist customers with purchases

-Process transactions using the POS system

-Restock shelves and maintain product displays

-Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fan‑ready

-Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment

-Follow all event, check‑in, and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

-Positive attitude and strong customer‑service skills

-Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

-Comfortable working in a busy event setting

-Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required

Meal Break: we recommend that you bring your own meal, since your meal break will only be 30 minutes.
