Provide customer service and technical support for company products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues through phone, email, and remote tools.
Document all interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and maintain service standards.
Educate customers on product use and best practices.
Bilingual fluency with Spanish/English is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of customer support experience.
Prior experience in a high-volume customer service and/or call center environment.
Medical or clinical experience is a must.
Ability to troubleshoot technical calls, such as providing mobile phone support, or troubleshooting equipment over the phone.
Proficient with MS Office, Windows, SQL, and remote support tools.
Salesforce experience a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
Frequent sitting, typing, and phone communication throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
