This role will report directly to the COO and is open to candidates relocating to El Paso, TX./p pThe Vice President of Fleet Maintenance oversees all company maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, facility, and fleet reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. They develop maintenance strategies, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and lead technical teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
