Bilingual Junior Recruiter – Taco Palenque (Houston Area)

Palenque Group continues to grow in Houston, Texas, and we are looking for a Bilingual Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in direct support of restaurant operations.

This position will support talent attraction, selection, and hiring processes for our restaurants across Houston and surrounding areas, working closely with restaurant leadership to ensure positions are filled efficiently and on time.

This role works closely with the Restaurant Operations team, supporting staffing coordination, hiring execution, and onboarding of new team members.

📍 Work Location:

Houston, TX & Surrounding Areas
(On-site at Taco Palenque restaurant locations)

📌 Position:

Recruiter Jr (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

⏰ Schedule:

• Full-time
• Open availability required (including evenings/weekends as needed)

🔥 What You Will Do:

• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with restaurant managers
• Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees
• Assist with employee documentation and personnel files
• Support payroll-related employee information processes
• Coordinate training logistics for new hires
• Maintain communication with candidates and store leadership 📱
• Participate in hiring events and open interviews

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED 🚨
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of office tools and administrative systems
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates
• Ability to work closely with restaurant operations teams
• Availability to work on-site in Houston area restaurants
