What You'll Do:

• Hand assembles products following customer job specifications
• Monitor and verify production processes to guarantee product integrity.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good dexterity to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance or assembler role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work1st shift hours.
