Requirements

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
• Active Iowa RN license, in good standing
• Current AHA BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)
• ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (per facility guidelines)
• Less than 1 year of experience required
• Strong verbal communication and empathetic listening skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer knowledge and sound nursing judgment
