TravelNurseSource is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85087!

monitoring patients with complex neurological conditions (e.g., strokes, seizures, brain tumors) alongside cardiac issues. Duties include analyzing EKG/telemetry data, conducting neurological assessments (NIHSS), administering medications, managing IV therapies, and responding to rapid changes in patient conditions, such as stroke alerts.
