Are you a passionate tumbling expert with a vision for building something great? Technique Gymnastics is looking for a dynamic Tumbling Manager to take our program to the next level. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a hands-on professional to develop high-quality curriculum, mentor staff, and grow a thriving program within our state-of-the-art facility.

What You’ll Do

• Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive tumbling curriculum for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
• Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of instructors, ensuring consistent coaching standards and a positive experience for every student.
• Coaching: Provide expert instruction, focusing on safety, technique, and student progression.
• Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the program and increase enrollment through innovative classes and clinics.

For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acro gymnastics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence-building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports.
