The Opportunity

Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and care

Assist with patient registration and flow throughout the facility

Collect and enter patient demographic and clinical information into the electronic medical record

Answer phones and direct calls appropriately

Support payment collection and documentation processes

Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity

Collaborate with departments across the organization

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Schedule and Work Environment

Full time and casual opportunities available

What We Are Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

One year of experience in an office setting preferred

Experience in a medical setting preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

Attention to detail and accuracy

A professional, compassionate, and patient focused approach

Compensation and Benefits Highlights

Hourly pay within the stated range depending on experience
