Physical Therapist - Full-time / Part-time

POSITION: Physical Therapist

SETTING: Skilled Nursing Facility, 66 beds

PAY RATE: $65 - 70/hr Plus BENEFITS

PRN x 2: 

SHIFT: 8 HRS

SHIFT TIMES: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

KEY ROLES:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical abilities, range of motion, strength, balance, and pain levels to diagnose movement dysfunction.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans based on assessments, goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Administer and guide exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Rehabilitation: Help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or neurological conditions by restoring function and preventing further disability.
• Patient Education: Teach patients and caregivers proper exercises, posture, and techniques to manage symptoms and promote independence.

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $61.00 per hour (Full-time) $35 - $40 per hour (Part-time)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday, optional wknds. 
• 9 - 11 pt/s per day.

Actively looking for a full time PT who will work 5 days a week, can pick the days. Pay $55.00 - $61.00 and more if works weekends.
