We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host.

Job Description:

As a Host at Rock N Roll Sushi, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting, seating, and assisting customers, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a positive, upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage the waitlist and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information about the menu and restaurant.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and waiting areas.
• Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Assist with various front-of-house tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
