This is a remote, client-facing sales role where you will meet with clients via Zoom, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate benefit solutions.

This position is performance-based with uncapped earning potential.

Connect with prospective clients via phone and virtual meetings

Educate clients on benefit options and coverage

Build and maintain client relationships

Follow up on leads and manage your pipeline
