As Coffee Shop Team Member, you are often the first person our guests will see each morning, and are responsible for providing an excellent attitude and customer service experience. In addition to our guest experience, you will also craft quality drinks, maintain the cleanliness of the bar and lobby, and provide knowledgeable customer service that educates our guests about our menu. Further duties include performing opening and closing tasks, maintaining cleanliness of the store through daily and weekly cleaning tasks, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality.
