Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for caregiver to help my dad with my mom who has dementia (although she is refusing to accept). Dad needs help with sundowning as mom becomes more agitated during these times. Need caring individual who understands dementia and how to handle deescalating. Dad also needs help with meal prep and potentially with light housework.
