Remote Social Media Support

Greater Houston Counseling Services (GHCS) is seeking a motivated and organized Remote Social Media Support professional to help manage our online presence, engage with our community, and support our mission of providing exceptional counseling services. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing our social media platforms to increase outreach, engagement, and awareness of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule posts across GHCS social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor social media accounts for engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Assist in creating visual and written content that aligns with GHCS’s mission and branding
• Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to support campaigns and special initiatives
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for mental health, counseling, and community support is a plus
