Graze Craze is a fast-growing national charcuterie franchise offering creative, concierge-style grazing. Our Blue Bell location is woman-owned and locally operated, blending a national brand’s resources with small‑business heart. We craft handmade charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables using premium ingredients and artistic presentation.
Overview
We’re hiring Grazologists with a strong emphasis on marketing and advertising to help grow our local presence. This role combines hands-on food prep and presentation with proactive marketing: social media, local outreach, promotions, and event support.

Positions Available
• 3 Part-Time Team Member: 22-28 hours per week
As business grows, there will be opportunities for additional hours and advancement. Flexibility is important — after-hours or weekend events may occur for catering and community functions.

🕘 Monday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities — Marketing & Operations
- Create and execute local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, catering leads, and event bookings
- Produce high-quality social media content (photos, short videos, reels, captions) and help maintain a content calendar
- Assist with paid social and local ad campaigns, tracking basic performance metrics and recommending optimizations
- Represent Graze Craze at community networking events, pop-ups, farmers markets, and partnerships to build relationships and generate leads
- Develop and distribute promotional materials and in-store signage; assist with email promotions and local outreach
- Engage with customers online (comments, DMs, reviews) to build brand loyalty and manage reputation
- Support influencer/micro‑influencer outreach and coordinate sponsored content or collaborations
- Prepare, assemble, and artfully present charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables to brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, process orders (POS experience like Toast a plus), and assist with catering setups and deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized prep areas and follow food safety protocols
- Track and report simple marketing KPIs (leads generated, social engagement, promo redemption) to management

What We’re Looking For
- Creative, marketing-minded individuals who enjoy food prep and customer interaction
- Experience or comfort with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic photo/video capture/editing
- Interest or experience in local advertising, community outreach, event promotion, or small-business marketing
- Strong communication and networking skills; comfortable speaking about our brand at events
- Organized, reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with sales and upselling catering/board options Preferred
- Experience in food service, catering, hospitality, or retail
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast a plus)
- Basic familiarity with paid social ads and simple analytics (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Pennsylvania Food Handler’s or ServSafe Certification (can be obtained during training)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
