Travel Surgical Technologist (CST) | Glenwood Springs, CO | Hybrid CVOR
Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (CST) with CVOR experience for a full-time travel assignment supporting a hybrid cardiovascular operating room team.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
- Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, rotating call schedule
- Engagement Type: Travel contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative support in CVOR/hybrid cath lab procedures
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor the sterile surgical environment
- Assist surgeons and clinical team during complex cardiovascular procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical instrumentation and patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital and sterile technique protocols
Clinical Scope:
- Full CVOR and hybrid cath lab support
- Work with specialized cardiovascular surgical equipment
- Collaborate with perioperative and surgical team members
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Active Colorado CST License (DORA) — required
- NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT Certification in Surgical Technology
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program
- CVOR experience required
