Real Estate Posting Assistant - Now Hiring

I own multiple rental and sale properties, and I'm falling behind on getting them listed online. I need a reliable assistant to handle the posting process from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

· Take my property notes, photos, and pricing, then write clear, appealing listings
· Post across required sites (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Facebook, Craigslist)
· Edit or relist expired posts as needed
· Keep a simple log of where and when each property was posted

I’m not looking for a marketer or agent — just someone organized, responsive, and able to follow a template. Basic English and ability to resize/upload photos required. If you can do this consistently and communicate clearly, send me your availability

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
