Housekeeper Needed

Looking for someone who takes initiative with light housekeeping. Whether that be keeping up with dishes, cleaning out fridge, vacuuming, dusting, making beds (changing linens on request), taking out garbage, watering plants or small things like noticing the shoe rack needs to be organized. At times will request specific tasks but would like an ongoing list of daily duties. Would like to explore further than housekeeping such as walking dog at times. Coordinating with landscapers or house related services when needed. Looking for a well rounded house manager type role.
