Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great nanny for our 3-year-old. Our son has limited TV time so must be ok with being engaged and doing fun things with him. It would be nice if this person also helped to make sure he cleans up after himself as he plays. This would be for around 20 hours a week. We both work from home and are looking for long term care. Someone who can become a part of our family.
