CycleBar delivers a premium indoor cycling experience focused on music, energy, and community. Our Castro Valley studio is all about creating an upbeat, welcoming environment where riders feel motivated and supported.

Role Overview:
We’re hiring upbeat, motivated individuals to join our CBX (CycleBar Experience) team. This position blends customer experience + sales, with a strong focus on turning prospects into active members and keeping the studio energy high.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming, high-energy environment as the first point of contact for riders
• Actively sell memberships and convert leads (this role is sales-driven)
• Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails
• Help new riders get started and guide them through their first experience
• Assist with check-ins, retail, and daily studio flow
• Keep the studio in top shape, including light cleaning of bikes and common areas
• Build connections with members to support retention and referrals

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• Comfortable talking about pricing and closing sales
• Strong people skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable for evening and weekend shifts
• Interest in fitness, music, or boutique studio environments
