Position Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and personable Assistant Studio Manager to take ownership of evening operations, member experience, and sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by hitting and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee studio operations during peak evening hours
• Take an active role in generating revenue through membership sales and lead conversion
• Manage incoming leads, schedule intro sessions, and follow through to close
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all riders
• Support, guide, and hold front desk staff accountable to performance goals
• Assist with local outreach, partnerships, and in-studio events
• Help maintain studio presentation, including organization and cleanliness standards

What You Bring:

• Experience in sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality environments
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Confidence in presenting offers, handling objections, and closing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability for evening shifts and weekends
• Interest in fitness and community-driven environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a membership-based or boutique fitness setting
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience

Schedule:
Primarily afternoon/evening shifts (example: ~4:30 PM–close), with weekend coverage as needed

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Retail skills: customer service
• Management skills: supervising employees
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Available to work: weekdays
• 2-3 years of total work experience
