German Travel Representative | Tourism Industry - Athens - Full-time

At SpeakIt, we are looking for German-speaking professionals to join our team as Travel Representatives for a leading flight booking platform serving the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails related to flight bookings
• Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide full customer journey support (pre-sale and post-sale)
• Promote and sell travel add-ons such as insurance, baggage, and parking
• Deliver high-quality service while managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1–C2 level, written and spoken)
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
• Previous call center experience is required
• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of CRM systems
• GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Sabre) will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a resilient and solution-driven approach
