Facilities Operations Director - Now Hiring

Qualifications & ExperienceWe are seeking a facilities leader who brings both strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise, along with a genuine commitment to mission-driven work.RequiredBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.7–10 years of progressive experience in facilities, property, or operations management.At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Demonstrated experience managing contracts, leases, vendors, and capital projects.Strong working knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, and security systems.Understanding of facilities maintenance best practices, preventive maintenance programs, and asset management principles.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and technical drawings.Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and basic accounting principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to boards or senior stakeholders.Valid driver’s license and ability to respond to occasional after-hours or emergency needs.Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background check and recuring background checks as required.
