Adidas is hiring a skilled Senior Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker / Turret Operator / PIT Operator) to support warehouse and distribution center operations.

High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 

6 months of forklift / PIT operating experience

Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language

This role is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to pick, move, and store inventory while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity.

• $27.50/hour base pay
• +$0.75/hour shift differential (weekend shift)

Available Shifts:

• Day (P Shift): Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night (Q Shift): Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Weekend (R Shift): Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

As a Senior Forklift Operator, you will:

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including:
  • Cherry picker / order picker
  • Turret truck
  • Reach truck and other warehouse equipment
• Pick, put away, and move inventory efficiently and accurately
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to process products
• Perform order fulfillment and inventory handling tasks
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or exceptions
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Track and document productivity and task completion
• Support cross-training across warehouse functions
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of forklift / PIT operating experience
• Ability to obtain adidas equipment certification (order picker, turret, etc.)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust
• Stand, walk, and operate equipment for up to 12 hours
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Bending, twisting, climbing, kneeling, and crouching as needed
• Work at heights (elevated platforms, mezzanine levels)
