Restaurant Floor Manager (Service Leader)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH)
• Lead, train, and manage service staff
• Ensure exceptional guest experience & issue resolution
• Maintain service flow, timing, and table management
• Coordinate with kitchen for seamless execution
• Monitor reservations, waitlist, and peak-hour performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and make real-time decisions
• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
