About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A or B Driver to support local flatbed operations in Leesburg, Virginia. This temporary-to-permanent position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $281 per day
• Weekly earnings: $1,690
• Schedule: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday
• Hours per week: 40
• Home time: Daily
• Employment type: Temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks, including unloading freight with a Moffett at delivery sites.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including operating a Moffett and securing and storing straps and other equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A or CDL B license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Flatbed and Moffett equipment experience.
• No endorsements required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
