About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations in Sparrows Pt, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $281 per day, up to $1,690 per week
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Home Time: Home daily
• Employment Type: Temp to perm

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
• Perform light-touch handling tasks, including unloading freight at customer locations.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Use the Moffett and properly secure, store, and put away straps and other equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Flatbed and Moffett equipment experience.
• No endorsements required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
