Job Title: Customs Brokerage Manager

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate: $130,000/Year + Bonus

We're seeking a Customs Brokerage Clearance Manager to lead multiple customs clearance teams within a high-volume international logistics environment. This is a unique opportunity to oversee supervisors, drive KPI performance, implement process improvements, and help shape the future of a growing customs operation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys balancing leadership, compliance, operational performance, and customer service.

What is the Job:

• Lead multiple Customs Clearance teams through Group Supervisors
• Drive operational performance, productivity, and service quality
• Monitor and improve KPIs, reporting, and team performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and Partner Government Agencies (PGAs)
• Develop and coach supervisors while fostering a high-performance culture
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex customs issues
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts across the operation

What is Needed:

• Experience leading customs brokerage, customs clearance, or international trade operations
• Proven success managing supervisors, managers, or large operational teams
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, classification, valuation, compliance, and trade programs
• Experience managing KPIs, reporting, productivity metrics, and operational performance
• Ability to lead multiple teams and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Active U.S. Customs Broker License (LCB)
