We are sharing a specialised full-time W-2 opportunity for experienced product operations and technical program professionals with strong backgrounds in data analysis, SQL, cross-functional execution, and technical workflow optimization.

Selected professionals will work within a Product & Regulatory Operations organization focused on user and business safety across major platform products, helping drive growth, engagement, and product quality through data-driven decision-making and technical tooling. This role is especially well-suited to professionals with strong technical acumen, product sense, and experience building analytical solutions, leveraging AI tools, and improving operational programs through automation and structured analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Professionals in this role may contribute to:
Technical Product Operations & Program Execution
Support execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including initiating 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality and outcomes through programmatic and technical solutions
Manage general program activities to identify opportunities, predict roadblocks, and strengthen cross-functional relationships through technically rigorous execution
Proactively identify program risks, develop data-backed mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly across teams
Data Analysis, Reporting & Decision Support
Write and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data from multiple sources
Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisions
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using internal dashboard tools and Google Sheets to support real-time decision-making
AI-Enabled Workflow Improvement
Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions
Apply technical tooling to improve operational quality, execution speed, and workflow consistency
Support programmatic improvements through structured use of data, automation, and emerging technical methods
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience with a strong focus on technical product operations
Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced queries with CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations
Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows, including iterative prompting and workflow acceleration
Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, detailed documentation, and automated workflows
Strong multi-tasking ability and experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward without close supervision
Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience with VS Code or similar development environments
Experience with low-code or no-code prototyping or AI-assisted code generation
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or internal dashboard platforms
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure concepts
Experience working with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements
Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML and AI validation workflows
Experience testing, developing, and implementing test strategies for products and features
