Life Enrichment Director - Full-time

Williamsburg Retirement is looking for a Life Enrichment Director who believes that great communities don't just take care of people-they help them live fully.

This is not a "put a calendar together and call it good" role. We are looking for someone who can build and lead a life engagement program that brings energy, connection, and purpose into each day. The right person will create meaningful experiences for our residents through well-planned activities, community events, and regular outings that give people something to look forward to.

We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience in music therapy, recreational therapy, or active living programming for older adults. You understand how to meet people where they are while still encouraging participation, movement, and social connection.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a consistent daily activity schedule, planning and executing events within the community, organizing and leading outings, and creating an environment where residents feel engaged rather than simply entertained. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the program reflects the culture of Williamsburg-warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be part of.
