Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while enjoying the experience of a new location. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification from CCI preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred).
• State specific licensing when required. Priority given to NJ ARRT license.
• Demonstrated experience working fluoroscopy and C-Arm equipment and routine lead maintenance.
• Experience assisting in cath procedures and PCIs, including insertion and management of Impella and intra-aortic balloon pump devices.
• Experience scrubbing interventional radiology procedures such as nephrostomy tube insertion, PICC, permacath, pacemaker insertion, and cerebral thrombectomy.
• Candidate should encompass skills commonly held by RCIS.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0630-1700.
• Work schedule: Four days per week, minimum nine shifts per month required.
• On-call requirement: Must be able to respond within 30 minutes of a page for call coverage; 24-hour coverage expectations on Saturdays and Sundays.
