Located in Algonquin. We are looking for someone who is interested in a career. This is an excellent career opportunity for the right person, to join a great team. The ideal candidate will have current insurance office customer service experience, and sales experience. The Hybrid position offers room for growth and advancement to Senior Manager potential. This is a 40 work hour per week full time position with excellent base pay. Looking for P&C Licensed only.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer reviews and educate clients
  • Support service of inbound calls to the office
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing clients
  • Cross-sell and close sales
  • Support office daily office standards and goals
  • Connect and build relationships outside of office

Requirements

  • Must be accountable
  • Must have great attendance and be on time
  • Have superior organizational skills
  • Ability to connect with people and close a sale
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
