In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our property management program, ensuring our homes from Nags Head to the 4x4 beaches of Carova are in tip-top shape. If you enjoy a "mobile office" with ocean views and a team that values your expertise, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Problem Solve: Tackle general repairs including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
- The Hero of the House: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work Independently: Manage your daily tasks with minimal supervision, prioritizing needs across our diverse portfolio of homes.
- Collaborate: Work directly with our Maintenance Manager to keep our high standards of quality consistent.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Basics: Experience in minor building repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license, a clean background check, and a solid work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with the team and document your wins.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stay active throughout the day.
