Service Agent (MSA Spotless)

Mighty Sales Associate (MSA) are required to sell unlimited plans to customers and maintain a high conversion rate. This position is very important as they are the first person the customer engages with. Customer service must be excellent, so that we can provide a MIGHTY experience for the customers. nReporting StructurennYou report directly to the General Manager (GM).nThe GM will oversee making the schedule. This means that if specific days off are needed it will need to be communicated between MSA and GM.nnConversion GoalsnnIncrease the conversion rate by signing customers to unlimited wash plans.nFirst 1 month is a probationary period with coaching. In this month you will be trained on the sales pitch that we have. nAfter that, you may be assigned a specific conversion % goal.nThe training never stops, you will learn something new everyday. Do not get in the "I know mentality" be open to learn new things from different people. nnDaily ExpectationsnnShow up to work on time.nSmile and wave at every customer.nGreet and introduce yourself to each customernBring a positive attitude every shift.nCheck each vehicle for:nno No excessive mudno Empty truck beds (no trash or debris)no Tire width restrictions - make sure it fits our equipmentno Height of the vehicles (If the vehicle hits the height bar, then it cannot go through)nDress Code amp; HygienennBlue polo (provided), shirt always tucked in.nBlack or khaki pants or shorts with belt loops.
