pstrongSubstitute Secretary/strong/pp /ppThe secretary supports the efficient operation of the  school. The secretary performs clerical duties, attends to visitors, answers phones, files, assists in data gathering for reports, etc. /ppstrongRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:/strong/pulliPrimary office staff hours from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm./liliResponds to telephone and in-person inquiries from students, parents, staff and the public; screens calls and provides information concerning building activities, promotes positive public relations./liliSends notifications/schedule changes via e-news./liliCompiles, formats, types and edits various reports, lists, correspondence, newsletters and other documents./liliEnsures students are eligible for athletics, including grade checks, physical, green card and purchase of ASB card.  Maintains athletic schedules, transportation request team rosters, book and clock signup, ensures referees are scheduled, and contacts all parties for cancellations and reschedules./liliSupports ASB activities./liliMaintains student records; maintains cumulative files; responds to requests for records as appropriate.
