We believe that clients and therapists thrive when outpatient mental health therapy is affordable, reciprocal and sustainable. br /br //divdivstrongJob Responsibilities:/strong/divulliBelieve in Khesed’s mission, vision and values./liliMaintain a clinical caseload of up to 10 session hours per week./liliProvide virtual services statewide and in-person services at Khesed Locations./liliMeet with an assigned licensed supervisor for monthly individual supervision, and attend monthly group consultation and training. All supervision and training are free to the contractor.br /br //li/uldivstrongTasks:/strong/divulliMaintain all forms of communication within two business days with Khesed and all assigned clients./liliOffer evidence based therapy in compliance with the ethical standards of the mental health profession./liliManage the cleanliness of any assigned Khesed location./liliWork with the operations team to learn and appropriately navigate all telehealth technology and electronic case management systems./liliWork with the operations team to determine a schedule that allows you to feel like a human being while still meeting your minimum hours./liliUphold Khesed’s values as you interact with clients and therapists.br /br //li/uldivstrongSkills and Qualifications:/strong/divulliProvide the highest quality of mental health services in compliance with HIPAA and State ethical and legal guidelines./liliPossess a valid, active license/pre-license issued by the State of Colorado, Michigan, Texas, Illinois, or California. /liliCompletion of a Master’s Degree in mental health./liliManage technology to provide remote and local high quality and confidential virtual mental health services./liliEngage clinical work from a designated Khesed location once in-person services begin again.br /br //li/uldivstrongPayment:/strong/divulliFee for service 1099 contract at a rate of $66 per session hour./liliSupervision options:ullistrongOption 1:/strong a monthly stipend of $60 to help pay for your own supervision outside of Khesed, with the ability to check-in with Khesed supervisors whenever you wishbr /strongOption 2:/strong waiving the stipend to meet with a Khesed supervisor who can’t sign on hours, but will consult with you about cases/li/ul/li/ul
