Lpn (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Home Health - Prn

Home Care Agency has an IMMEDIATE need for PRN LPN's (Licensed Practical Nurses) in Atlanta, Covington, Canton and surrounding areas to complete client assessments under the supervision of an RN.

This is a PRN position and you make your own schedule.

LPN will complete nursing assessments for client in the clients own home

Complete the client care plan based on assessment . Document assessment findings.

Observe caregiver who is in the home.

Must be proactive and follow up with client on schedule to complete supervisory visits.

May also care for clients needing wound care if interested in that .

You will work one-on-one with patients in their own home.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have active LPN license

· Must have reliable transportation and valid GA driver's license

· Must have current CPR/BLS Certification

· Must Have Negative TB result within the last year or chest x-ray

· Must be caring and compassionate

Experience working in a Home health agency, Assisted living facility or nursing home preferred but not required
