Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Charge Pharmacist to lead and support inpatient pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure safe and effective medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy staff
- Monitor patient medication therapies and outcomes
Requirements:
- Active California Pharmacist License (required)
- Minimum 7 years of hospital/inpatient pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical and leadership background
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
