Required Certifications: AHA or American red cross BLS, ACLS . ARRT license required. NRP preferred. MI respiratory license required
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 1+ year experience. NRP preferred. Basic Respiratory Therapies, Arterial Blood Gas Draw, Both Non-invasive and invasive Ventilator Management, Assess and Treat Protocol experience.
Charting/Equipment: HAMILTON GV VENT, LTV VENT, C1 VENT, EPIC EMR, MGC PFT BODY BOX, GE SEER HOLTERS, GE MAC5500 EKGS, PHILLIPS V60 BiPAP, PYXIS DOSE MANAGEMENT.
Unit Specific Skillset: Home sleep testing, Holter, EKG, Event Monitors, NEBs, Pulmonary Function testing, PT education, OB deliveries, and Trauma/ED
Basic Respiratory Care, Critical Care, Ventilator Management, Patient assessment with Assess and Treat Protocols, care for all age groups. Correct, working alone covering the facility.
