Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS / RAD)

Location Requirement: Must live 100 miles away

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:00 AM variable start (8-hour shifts)
Call Schedule: Approximately 1 weekend per month + 1 day per week

Job Summary:

The Cath Lab Technologist works in a multidisciplinary cardiac catheterization lab supporting patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, including structural heart, coronary, and peripheral vascular studies. The role requires strong scrub and monitoring skills, along with the ability to operate cath lab imaging equipment while ensuring safe and effective procedural support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scrub and monitoring duties during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures
• Assist with structural heart, coronary, and peripheral interventions
• Support operation of cath lab and radiology imaging equipment
• Ensure proper patient care and safety during invasive procedures
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and procedural records
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience
• RCIS or Radiologic Technologist (RAD) certification required
• BLS & ACLS certification required
• Ability to scrub and assist in peripheral and diagnostic procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
• Degree in related field (BA, BS, BSN, AA) or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in structural heart procedures
• Exposure to multiple cardiovascular specialties (preferred)
