Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a nanny/babysitting to help with about 20 hours a week for the next 4 weeks during weekday hours. I am also looking for someone who can be available for ongoing babysitting on nights/weekends as needed. My son is 2. 5 and we are expecting another in a few months. Our current full time nanny is out on disability, so we generally want to find someone else we love and trust to help out before she is back and also when she is back on an ongoing basis! We have a 5-year-old french bulldog girl as well who we do not expect help with. Just clean up after my son and light meal prep for him. We live in Needham MA. Thank you!
