This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage a diverse caseload, including civil litigation and trust and probate disputes, while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the ability to take ownership of cases from early stages through resolution.

Compensation:$140,000 - $220,000 per year DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation and probate litigation matters from intake through pre-trial
- Represent clients in disputes involving trusts, estates, and related matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Communicate directly with clients, providing legal guidance and strategic advice
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to meet deadlines and achieve client goals
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license and residency in California required
- 4+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or probate litigation
- Strong litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy and negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
