Join Jackson HealthPros as an experienced Mammography Technologist for an exciting travel assignment. In this role, you will perform specialized breast imaging examinations to support diagnosis and treatment of breast disease for a hospital in Florence, SC.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Mammography (M) certification or RTR-M certification as required by the client.
• Minimum 2 years of mammography technologist experience, including screening and diagnostic mammography.
• Experience performing stereotactic biopsy and Bone Density (DXA) exams preferred. This is preferred only.
• Demonstrated competence with digital mammography systems and PACS workflow, including verification that images cross into PACS and are of diagnostic quality.
• Familiarity with MQSA standards and maintenance of required documentation for mammography technologists.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to perform all mammography exams (screening, diagnostic, stereotactic biopsy, DXA) independently after orientation and training.

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Caseload: Approximately 15–20 mammography exams per technologist per day. Four mammography rooms plus a mobile mammography van on site.
• Required certification: Certified in mammography (RTR-M) per client requirement.

The area provides suburban living with convenient interstate access via I-95, local dining and shopping in the Florence Mall area, and nearby rivers and parks such as Lynches River County Park that support kayaking and hiking within 20–30 minutes of the city.
