Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum one year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. (Preferred)
• Demonstrated competency in evaluation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with documentation systems including progress notes, quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction for support staff and students as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Texas Practice Act.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.

• May be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
