Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum one year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. (Preferred)
- Demonstrated competency in evaluation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Experience with documentation systems including progress notes, quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Ability to supervise and provide direction for support staff and students as assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Texas Practice Act.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.

- May be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
